Lake Effect Engineering worked as a subconsultant on an INDOT (Indiana Department of Transportation) project, that enhanced the aesthetics of the highway 421 bridge over Interstate 94. It involved roadway lighting, underbridge lights, signage on each side of the bridge as well as lighting up the American flag that was 80 feet tall.
