The City of Michigan City wanted to enhance the look and amenities available at the beach, Washington Park. We were happy to be a part of the design for a public facility that offers local food venues, as well as private parties to rent out the picture perfect view of Lake Michigan from the open second floor. This building has an outdoor area that is lit up for entertainment, full kitchen capabilities, and an LED lit sailboat silhouette on the exterior of the building.
